Terms and Conditions: Rendezvous (Qld) Pty Ltd (Rendezvous)

1. Once we have established availability for your chosen venue we will send you an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the total package price which is payable to Rendezvous, in order for us to secure your booking (and massages) with the venue.  Regrettably failure to pay this deposit on time may result in the venue cancelling your booking.   We will then invoice you for final payment approx. 3 weeks before your getaway.   Please do not send payments direct to the venue as Rendezvous are making all arrangements on your behalf.
2. Rendezvous will secure the booking in your name and you may need to supply your credit card details on check in subject to the individual venue's Terms and Conditions.
3. A Rendezvous booking/administration fee of $50 applies to all confirmed bookings.  This is reduced to $25 if a Basket of Romance is also ordered as part of your booking. 
4. Rendezvous cannot be held accountable for the individual Terms and Conditions of the venues and their staff/contractors (e.g. massage therapists).  Any changes to your initial booking are subject to the individual venue's cancellation policies and charges.   Should you need to alter your initial booking, you can either contact us and we will contact the venue on your behalf, or you can contact the venue directly, if you wish.
5. If you cancel your Basket of Romance within 3 days of your getaway, you will receive a refund of all monies paid towards the Basket, minus a $20 administration fee.
6. Basket of Romance delivery costs are included in the Basket price midweek only, and in the Brisbane Metropolitan area.   A quote for all other areas and weekend deliveries can be provided on request. Full payment of Basket of Romance is required at time of booking. 
7. Basket of Romance food and beverage items are purchased for each client individually from local suppliers/shops the day before your getaway. Rendezvous guarantees to follow all manufacturers' storage and handling recommendations, however we cannot be held accountable for the manufacturer's warranties and quality, beyond our control.
